These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dockside Rugs website and any purchases made through us, whether online or in person at our Pensacola showroom. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Authenticity

All rugs sold by Dockside Rugs are 100% authentic hand-knotted pieces made from pure wool on wool using traditional weaving techniques. Each rug is unique, and slight variations in color, size, and pattern are a natural characteristic of handmade craftsmanship — not a defect.

3. Pricing

All prices listed are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We strive to offer the most competitive pricing by sourcing directly from the origin, eliminating wholesalers and third-party distributors.

4. Puppy Dog Policy (Try Before You Buy)

We encourage all customers to take a rug home and try it in their space before committing to a purchase. Rugs taken home under our try-before-you-buy policy must be returned in their original condition within the agreed timeframe. Any damage caused during the trial period may be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date. Rugs must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns on rugs that show signs of misuse, staining, or damage.

6. In-Store Visits

Our showroom is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12pm to 5pm. We welcome walk-ins, but appointments are encouraged for a personalized experience. Dockside Rugs is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during showroom visits.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dockside Rugs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the purchase price of the rug in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on docksiderugs.com, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Dockside Rugs. Reproduction or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or purchases shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Escambia County, Florida.
